Returning an Item

​To return an unwanted item, simply email shopsierrasprague@gmail.com to receive an RMA #.  Once you receive the RMA # mail the item back to the address below. Please include original packaging and a copy of your invoice if possible.  (If you don’t have the original invoice please be sure and include your name, address and phone number.) It is recommended that you use a traceable method for delivery. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.  Please allow 30 days to process credit due.

Damaged or Defective Items

At shopsierrasprague.com we do our best to ensure all our items are made in accordance with our standards. If one has slipped through the cracks and arrived to you defective or damaged, please email us at shopsierrasprague@gmail.com immediately. Please have your invoice available for reference. 


Credit

Credit will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your returned item.
